The intense discussions, engagement in the classes by fellow journeymen made for a great learning experience. I still fondly recollect Harminder chiding some of us to keep the video ON while he ensured that not a moment went by making one feel bored. Days passed into weeks and suddenly, behold it was time for mock tests; which made my heart skip a beat. For a serial backbencher, tests are as bad as sitting on the dentists chair and I hadnt entered a classroom (real or virtual) in over 2 decades. Harminder set the pace for me and before I could realise it; I had cleared the first three modules. This followed the submission of a financial plan based on a case study assigned by the Board. By early November 2021, the plan evaluation results were out and there was one more hurdle to cross. I feel humbled to say that on December 30, 2021, I accomplished the mission to complete my CFP (CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER) Certification. Thanks again Harminder Garg, CFP for doing an amazing job of creating a pool of financial professionals, who would go a long way to spread financial wisdom.

Eileen Kennedy-Moore Am extremely pleased to share that in my journey for continual improvement in my professional career, I have achieved another milestone and attained CFP mark from FPSB U.S. The journey started with Astounding and intellect way of coaching in evenings and mornings and subsequent push to self-study and assessments thereafter to check and improve our performance. The morale got boosted after getting First Certification of Investment Planning specialist followed by Risk and Estate planning specialist and Retirement and Tax Planning specialist. Finally, day came when case study got approved which was mentored both by IIFC and FPSB. The structured way led to Integrated Financial planning and now attained the most respected global certification recognized in 27 countries and territories around the world. Along with Festivity, this December has brought in another milestone for my career... Just passed CFP final exam this December and I can't Thank enough a lot of people, but I will start with my Family first! Last one year had been tough... Spending any possible vacation time, family time, weekends on study were a hard decision Mentally and Emotionally as well. For the last 1 year i had a daily schedule from 5AM to 8AM study. Then I had to engage myself at the office from 9:30AM to 6:30PM, Finally another session from 8PM to 12AM study! A special Thanks to my CFP instructor Harminder Garg, CFP I want you to know that you are simply amazing at what you do! I learned a lot from you, especially Practical aspects of day-to-day financial planning!

I am glad to share with everyone that now I am a CFP.The journey started in lockdown where a new entrepreneur was thinking and planning what to do further. Leaving the job was not an easy decision but I was determined to do something on my own, I left and moved forward but hitting off the pandemic made me rethink what to do. During that time of struggle, I saw most know people are enhancing their skills in this competitive environment. I understood now it's not the time to rethink but to utilize the time for self-development. Happy to share that the journey which started in Dec 2020 has come to a pitstop of completion of the Credentialing with coveted Tag CFP Global Excellence.. In this journey literally it was going back to college days starting classes early at 6.30 AM ,combined studies in virtual mode, doing assignments sometimes till early 4 AM post office hours and interim Test curated by coach to check upon ourselves . It's indeed an enriching experience and thanks to Harminder Garg a dedicated n tough Mentor on a mission to provide quality education to qualified people to BFSI and IIFC - Indian Institute for Financial Certifications for guiding n coaching us through new process of achieving the CFP Tag FPSB Ltd. - India (LO) for the wonderful curriculum which covers Holistic aspects of Financial Management.
